If we can see any further or any clearer, it is because we stand on the shoulders of the giants who have come before us; we are our ancestors’ wildest dreams and we strive to leave the world a better place for all our generations to come.

At Folktale Forest, we center storytelling as a sacred way of creating and sharing knowledge by and for the people. Our library contains written folk stories from all over the world, and we hope to uplift oral storytelling as well.
